A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking your wedding trial. This will secure your trial and wedding date and a confirmation email
will be sent to you to confirm this.
A separate invoice will be provided to you via email for your trial and any relevant travel costs. We ask that you make payment for this
within 7 working days prior to your trial.
The £50 deposit you have already paid will be held and deducted from the final wedding invoice. If a cancellation is made within 8 weeks of
your wedding date, the deposit will not be refunded. Where your request to cancel is over 8 weeks, a full refund of the deposit will be provided and the
wedding date released.
If you wish to cancel your trial and subsequently wedding date then a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required prior to the trial. The return of your deposit will be arranged. Please note the wedding date will then be released immediately. For any cancellations made within 7 days of the trial, please note that your deposit will not be refundable.
Wedding Invoices will include all services on the day of the wedding plus travel expenses, the deposit you have already paid will be deducted off the total balance due. You are kindly asked to make payment in full at least 7 days prior to your wedding date. If you cancel within 7 days of your wedding date then all costs will be non-refundable and this includes deposit and wedding day services (travel fees will not be charged).
Special Occasions / Events:
For all other occasions/events, please note that a £50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This will secure your event date and a

deposit will be deducted from the final amount. Please make payment at least 7 days prior to your event. If you cancel at least 7 days prior to your event, a full refund including deposit amount will be provided. For any cancellations made within 7 days of the trial, your deposit will not be refundable.
Pay: Day rates need to be negotiated and agreed by both parties prior to the contract starting. This will be need to be confirmed in writing by the production company and signed by both parties beforehand.
Invoices are to be paid within contracted agreement or charges will apply.
Charges below for late paymentof invoices:
For invoices up to: £999.99= £40
For invoices up to: £9999.99= £70
For invoices over: £10000.00= £100
Plus 8% over the Bank of England base rate, should be paid within a reasonable time frame (3-5days). According to ‘The Late Payment of Commercial
Debts(interest) Act 1998.
My services will also include a negotiated price to cover use of kit/products and any extra products that the production need to complete the job. This is to be agreed by both parties.
Travel must be included at a pence per mile. This will be negotiated and agreed by
both parties.If other modes of transport are agreed the ticket and travel
should be paid and included in travel expenses.
Personal private room/accommodation must be included in the contract if the distance is further than reasonably safe to drive taking into
account that working days are longer than 10 hours.
Compliance with the terms of this Agreement, I will receive substantially a credit of my name and occupation (job role on the film) on all
positive prints of the film, the size type and specific placement of which will be in the Company’s sole discretion.
In order for me to complete my work I request a period of 4 weeks’ notice. This is to enable me to conduct research and a detailed structure of work, as well as a makeup test on actor/actress, this will be charged at a day rate price.
